Leading and Governing Associates

Co-founder of Leading and Governing Associates, a consulting firm working with elected and nonprofit governing boards and leadership; their associations and funders at the local, regional and state levels in North Carolina and across the country. Work includes design and facilitation of community engagement, systems change, strategic planning and navigation, and board governance initiatives. Presenter on our work at national and state-wide conferences. Also responsible for the day-to-day management of Leading and Governing Associates; attends to all financial and human resources management requirements of owning and managing a small business.
